Acrobat Reader
Adobe® Acrobat® Reader® is free software that
lets you view and print Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) files. With
Acrobat Reader, you can also fill in and submit Adobe PDF forms online. And
now Acrobat Reader for mobile devices lets you view Adobe PDF files on the go.

WinZip
Zip files are "archives" used for distributing and storing files.
Zip files contain one or more files. Usually the files "archived" in
a Zip are compressed to save space. Zip files make it easy to group files and
make transporting and copying these files faster.

WSFTP 
ftp (file transfer protocol). A way to transfer files from one
computer to another via the Internet. Many sites on the Internet have
repositories of software and files that you can download using an ftp
client like WS_FTP.
